He is hurt because he didn’t get to do what He dreamt off. Just like she who get strong with every pain in heart, he get stronger too working for himself.

He is depressed and goes questioning himself before sleeping. He needs love.

Pain demands to be felt, by everyone

Its okay, men feel pain too.

He cries alone sitting in dark corners in cool breeze in cold nights, just so nobody finds out he is weak. Sometimes let your men cry.

He is upset and distracted because he didn’t get her girl , he loved and made every effort to keep her. Because she left him.

He is hurt again.

You should stop and look at him, his heart cries out loud so that you hear him.

Touch his heart for once, you will feel , there is so much hurricane inside the that little heart. Touch his soul for once, you will find there is fire burning him down slowly.

Feel the effort that he makes , appreciate him, he is has cigarette in his hand, with a story to tell to everyone. He is not afraid of death, because something is already killing him inside.

He felt disrespected and ignored when you made fun of him saying it happens with everyone.

No, don’t do that, be gentle to your men

They are hurt too. Just like you need a hug and someone to hold

He needs care and love , someone who see’s through him that the universe inside him is exploding.

There is a storm going on in him, because men don’t speak their pain, it needs to be felt.

So, Sit and listen to your men, they have stories to tell,

screams to listen… and

heart to be loved.
